欧盟家庭许可证(EU Family Permit)是非欧洲出身的人与在英国居住的具备欧盟会员国国籍者结婚或者提交同居两年的证据时，可取得的签证。

欧盟家庭许可证(EU Family Permit)是非欧洲出身的人与在英国居住的具备欧盟会员国国籍者结婚或者提交同居两年的证据时，可取得的签证。欧盟家庭许可证(EU Family Permit)不是根据英国《移民法》赋予的签证，而是根据欧盟法赋予的签证，所以与英国签证/居留许可(Leave to Remain)性质不同，在申请10年永久居留权时，通过相应许可证居留的期间不包括在10年居留期间内。在英国境外申请时，需要在入境前通过相应国家的英国大使馆(the British authorities)取得入境许可书(entry clearance)批准。

不仅是配偶，未成年子女也可以申请，具备欧盟会员国国籍的配偶应证明正在通过就业、自营业或学业，行使保障欧盟会员国国民的自由移动和劳动的权利(Treaty rights)。
签证条件
Conditions of Stay

如果获得Residence Card的许可，欧盟会员国出身的配偶也无需另行申请劳动许可，可自由从事学业、就业、自由职业者和商务等。
居留时间
Length of Stay

首次申请时签发的居留期为6个月，以后许可证到期前，申请Residence card时，可以获得5年居留批准。
